| Sampath Kumar brings more than 30 years of experience to Zenith. He is also one of the Directors of Zenith Software. Sampath has international experience in Sales, Marketing and Corporate Management, having served in reputed business houses in India.Sampath began his career at Mafatlal Consultancy services, Mumbai and had a long stint of 13 years. At Mafatlal group, Sampath, as operations research manager developed scientific applications which could optimize the cost of operations. Sampath moved to UB group to their Information technology group (ITD) at the inception stage and implemented computerization across all the companies in the group comprising breweries, distilleries and chemical units. He then moved to International marketing to grow the software business.Sampath is responsible for the overall strategic growth of Zenith Software.and Zenith-iBridge LPO. Sampath has a Master's degree in Operations research and SQC from ISI Calcutta. |

As a VP of Global Sales, Services and Marketing at Silicon Graphics, Inc., he managed engineering and non-engineering functions. During his tenure as VP at Think Tools AG and Brio Technology, he ran business development and alliances providing solutions in Business Intelligence and Decisions Cycle management to global 100 corporations worldwide. In the late eighties, Desh founded Indus Systems, Inc., in Florida which was acquired by a regional systems integrator. |

Prior to this position, he was Deputy General Counsel at Dominion Bancshares Corporation where he worked for five years. He earned his B.A. from Yale College and a J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law and is admitted to the Oregon, Connecticut and Virginia Bars. |
